Refund Terms

  1. If unshipped, a full refund is available with no questions asked.
  2. If shipped and the product was on the way, a refund is not available.
  3. If shipped and the product arrived, but a quality problem was found, please contact sales-support@andaseat.com for a refund. Please refer to Warranty for more.
